Pink Concept Strategies & Consulting was built on lived experience and a commitment to real change. As a former job steward and union representative, I learned first-hand how to advocate for fairness, representation, and the voices that too often go unheard. That passion for advocacy and equity grew with my studies.
Bringing together those two worlds—the grassroots experience of defending workers and the strategic insight of political and business training—I created this business to serve communities, entrepreneurs, and leaders who want not just advice, but solutions rooted in equity, empowerment, and sustainable growth.
